Architectonic design support

Strain Engineering works through all of the phases of building construction, from initial concept to dismantlement. We collaborate with architectural firms during the entire design process: conceptual development, drafting of preliminary plans, and production of the master plan. However, it is during the initial phases of a project when our global perspective may be the most beneficial. Our evaluation of the design from the point of view of its functionality, its dimensions, and its compliance with zoning laws bring forth modifications that can enormously reduce the cost of the project, eliminating unnecessary complexities and expenditures due to delays and interruption in the plan of development/process. We validate the design with trials, and continue to evaluate the way it is manufactured, assembled, and maintained.

Once the design is complete we assist in the decision-making process, with techno-economic comparisons of offers, technical supervision of documentation provided by industrialists during the implementation process, etc.

Manufacturing and installation systems

Our close collaboration with renowned industrialists allows us to offer valuable advice, both with standard manufacturing and installation systems and with systems that have been custom designed for new products and situations of an especially complex or singular nature.
